The Oncology Clinical Nurse Navigator will report to the Director of Oncology Services while partnering closely with the Cancer Program Manager, Infusion Nurse Manager, Radiation Oncology leadership, and a collaborative network of medical oncologists, surgeons, radiologists, palliative care providers, genetics, social work, and rehabilitation, all within a friendly, diverse, and highly engaged nursing culture.

• Coordinate tumor boards, streamline referrals, and remove barriers to care.
• Educate patients and families, champion survivorship planning.
• Track quality metrics and contribute to accreditation readiness and process improvement.
• Receive support from nurse educators, case management resources, and strong executive support for professional growth and specialty certification.
