Team,leadership, and scope for an Oncology Clinical Nurse Navigator
The Oncology Clinical Nurse Navigator will report to the Director of Oncology Services while partnering closely with the Cancer Program Manager, Infusion Nurse Manager, Radiation Oncology leadership, and a collaborative network of medical oncologists, surgeons, radiologists, palliative care providers, genetics, social work, and rehabilitation, all within a friendly, diverse, and highly engaged nursing culture.
- Coordinate tumor boards, streamline referrals, and remove barriers to care.
- Educate patients and families, champion survivorship planning.
- Track quality metrics and contribute to accreditation readiness and process improvement.
- Receive support from nurse educators, case management resources, and strong executive support for professional growth and specialty certification.
