Job Summary
Endoscopy GI Lab Nurse Manager oversees operations within an endoscopy laboratory, leading a multidisciplinary team to ensure high‑standard, patient‑centered gastrointestinal care.
Key Responsibilities- Manage staffing and scheduling for endoscopy nurses, techs, physicians, anesthesia professionals, and allied health staff.
- Ensure accreditation readiness and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Steward department budgets, supply chains, and resource allocation.
- Elevate infection prevention and sedation protocols.
- Mentor and develop a diverse team, fostering shared governance and evidence‑based practice.
- Collaborate with Gastroenterology Medical Director and Director of Perioperative and Procedural Services to drive operational excellence across pre‑, intra‑, and post‑procedural care.
