Job Description
The CNA provides patient care under the direction and supervision of the RN/LPN. The CNA assists in the patient’s care, anticipating patient family needs in a proactive fashion. The CNA individualizes and modifies care according to the patient’s needs. The CNA collaborates with other health care team members to enhance the provision of patient care.
The CNA may have completed fundamentals of nursing courses in lieu of CNA certification at HMC and WMH.
Requirements- Basic Life Support certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
- Certified Nurse Assistant certification.
- Part‑time nighttime work experience (United States).
