We are looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality personal care services to our residents in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Aspire Senior Living, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our seniors, while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, according to their individual needs and preferences.
• Provide personal care services, including incontinence care, mobility assistance, and vital sign monitoring.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services provided.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and activities to enhance resident care and satisfaction.

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
