Overview

Aveanna Healthcare, the largest pediatric home health care company in the U.S., is hiring compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in the home setting. We are the hearts of over 40,000 caregivers and trusted families.

Must have at least 1 year of experience.

Full, part time, and PRN availability.

Standard rate: $29–35 (depending on case specifics).

Ask us about our $250 sign‑on bonus.

• Provides direct patient care as defined in the State’s Nurse Practice Act.
• Implements plan of care initiated by the registered nurse.
• Provides accurate and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care.
• Assesses and provides patient and family/caregiver education and information pertinent to diagnosis and plan of care.
• Prepares and coordinates clinical notes and progress notes.

• Current CA Vocational Nurse License.
• 1 year of experience required.
• Pediatric experience is a plus.
• Current PPD or chest x‑ray if applicable.
• Valid CPR certification and driver's license; local travel required.
