Overview
Ozark Rehab and Healthcare Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide efficient and effective nursing care, achieve positive clinical outcomes, and ensure resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice and applicable regulations.
Responsibilities- Provide resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shifts, including staff assignments, mentoring, and educating nursing personnel.
- Coordinate care with physicians and other medical professionals within the scope of the state Nurse Practice Act.
- Ensure delivery of quality nursing care and contribute to positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction.
- A passion for working with seniors.
- A flexible, energetic, and positive personality.
- Active, in-good-standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
- Prior experience as an LPN in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
- Professional appearance and behavior.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
