, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, resident-centered care in our senior living community. Your expertise and dedication will help ensure our residents receive the best possible care, support, and services to enhance their overall well-being.

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress
• Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences to coordinate resident care and services
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, resident-centered care
• Provide education and support to residents, families, and staff on various aspects of resident care

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Missouri
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
