Job Type: Part-Time (8 hours per week)

We are looking for a qualified and dedicated School Nurse (RN) to join our team in Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, and Windsor, CA. This part‑time position involves providing essential health services to students and supporting their health and well‑being within the school environment. The ideal candidate will have training in vision and hearing screening and be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Certified School Nurse (CSN).

• Provide direct health services to students, including first aid, medication administration, and management of chronic health conditions.
• Conduct vision and hearing screenings, interpret results, and make appropriate referrals or remendations.
• Develop and implement individualized health plans for students with specific medical needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure students' health needs are met and to support their educational success.
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records, including documentation of health screenings and student interactions.
• Provide health education and promote wellness initiatives within the school munity.
• Respond to emergency situations and provide necessary care until further medical assistance is available.
• Stay current with best practices in school nursing and adhere to professional and ethical standards.

• Valid RN or CSN licensure in California.
• Training and experience in vision and hearing screening.
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric health setting is preferred.
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities in a school setting.
• Mitment to promoting student health and wellness.
