Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse looking for a new opportunity? Adoration Home Health is seeking a passionate, dedicated Home Health LPN to join our team in Charleston, MS. Our LPNs provide expert, patient-centered care and work in a supportive, fulfilling environment.

Coverage AreaTallahatchie, Quitman, Coahoma County
ScheduleFull-time (Monday – Friday)

- Provide 1:1 care for clients following their plan of care while maintaining dignity and independence
- Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care as needed
- Accurately document nursing actions and communicate with family, case manager, and physicians
- Coordinate or order supplies, medications, and feedings to ensure adequate amounts are on hand
- Ensure all patient needs are met in accordance with physician instructions
- LPN/LPT/LVN degree from an accredited nursing school with unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice and residence
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance
- CPR professional certification
- 1+ year of nursing experience preferred
- Home health care experience preferred
