Position Summary
Rancho Rehab and Healthcare, a skilled nursing community, is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team and maintain high level resident care. The position is available for weekend shifts. New graduates are welcome.

- Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.

- Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Collect, track, and maintain patient history; record any new data.
- Take vitals, including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.
- Take instruction from and report updates to registered nurse/overseeing physician.
