LPN- Licensed Practical Nurse -7 Shift

Position Summary

We are immediately hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full‑time (7 AM–3 PM) and part‑time shifts (11 PM–7 AM). Daily pay is offered, and per‑diem and weekend coverage are required.

• Assisting CNAs in performing ADL and routine care.
• Conducting resident/patient treatments.
• Administering medication in accordance with physician orders and the Plan of Care.
• Submitting pharmacy orders.
• Accurately documenting and recording all information.
• Giving injections of medication as prescribed.
• Observing resident health and communicating current condition to RNs, supervisors, and physicians.
• Taking vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and weight.
• Providing basic care, including wound cleaning and bandaging.
• Managing IVs and starting IV drips.
• Monitoring fluid/food intake and output.
• Observing and reporting resident accidents, incidents, and skin breakdowns.
• Assisting as directed in the admissions process.
