ICU Clinical Nurse - Night Shift

Role Overview

Provides direct patient care in a 6-bed Medical ICU during night shifts, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with nursing standards.

• Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.
• Participate in activities ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans collaboratively with patients, families, and the healthcare team, ensuring effective communication across care continuum.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations.

• RN license required;
  Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree (Bachelor's preferred).
• No prior experience necessary; less than 2 years experience preferred for advanced roles.
• Ability to work safely and maintain alertness is essential.
