Delmar Gardens North is seeking Full‑Time MDS Registered Nurses (RN) with strong leadership, assessment and documentation skills. Missouri RN license and MDS experience in long-term care are required, with Matrix Care EHR familiarity a plus.
Responsibilities include accurate documentation, reimbursement under PDPM and Case Mix, and teamwork with the inter-disciplinary staff. Quality improvement participation is encouraged.
