Visiting Nurse Association of Southeast Missouri provides hospice services for patients at home, in nursing homes, or private facilities under physician orders and CMS guidelines. The LPN will deliver skilled care in accordance with agency policies and CMS regulations for hospice.
You will make nursing observations, communicate with the RN staff, attend IDG meetings, handle on-call rotations, maintain EMR notes, and reconcile medications weekly.
