Certified Nursing Assistant; CNA Nurses Aide

HARTVILLE CARE CENTER, located in Hartville, Missouri, is currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team. We also have availability to train nurse aides for their CNA license.

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents, and providing fluids and nourishing meals during the shift
• Help residents with personal hygiene
• Observe residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Document resident food and fluid intake
• Assist residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements
• Make the residents’ beds and keep living areas clean and tidy
• Transport residents within the facility
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed
• Adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures
• Abide by all federal, state and local requirements and standards
• Maintain the confidentiality of all residents and facility data

• Current and valid CNA certification or willingness to attend classes
• Excellent interpersonal skills

• In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations
• Familiarity with symptoms and signs of improvement for several medical conditions
