Location: Hermitage
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care in a long-term care setting.
Responsibilities- Providing direct patient care by administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams such as physicians, registered nurses, and social workers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintaining accurate records of patient care, progress, and any concerns.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to uphold care standards.
- Current LPN licensure in Missouri.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact compassionately with residents, families, and colleagues.
