Role Overview
This position requires a licensed RN with a nursing degree, preferably with a Bachelor's.
Responsibilities- Providing patient care
- Demonstrating effective communication
- Exhibiting strong leadership
- Managing time efficiently
- Applying critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
- Must hold an active Missouri RN license
- Obtain BLS certification within 90 days
- Obtain ACLS certification within one year
- Demonstrate flexibility and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
Prior nursing experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
