Certified Medication Technician- Day Shift

Location: Maryland Heights

Stone Bridge Senior Living -  - Responsibilities:
Administer medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician under the direction of the nurse supervisor or charge nurse and Director of Nursing Services;
Note and report errors in the administration of medications;
Assist in developing and implementing procedures or programs to determine medication errors and prevent recurrence;
Perform administrative requirements such as completing forms, charts, and reports and submitting them as required;
Accurately measure, record, and report vital signs of residents
