Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to utilize the nursing process in providing comprehensive patient care. Responsibilities include evaluating care effectiveness, coordinating with other departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and ensuring professional accountability in patient management. The role involves working in a Med Surg unit during full-time night shifts, with a focus on delivering high-quality care aligned with organizational standards and values.
Qualifications & Skills- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license in the state or with a compact licensure that meets state requirements
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform bending, reaching, and other physical tasks
