Reporting directly to the Director of Perioperative Services, the Nurse Manager of Perianesthesia PACU will oversee daily PACU operations, clinical quality initiatives, staffing and scheduling, regulatory compliance, and fiscal performance. The Nurse Manager of Perianesthesia PACU will be supported by experienced charge nurses, skilled preceptors, collaborative anesthesiologists, CRNAs, surgeons, and a multidisciplinary team committed to exceptional patient outcomes. This leadership role will focus on mentoring friendly and highly trained nurses, advancing professional development, optimizing patient throughput, and fostering a cohesive and diverse healthcare team dedicated to surgical recovery excellence.
