About this positionLake Regional Health System is looking for a dedicated, professional Assistant Manager to join our Med/Surg team

The Assistant Manager will assist the Director with the planning, coordination, leadership, and daily unit operations of the Med/Surg department to assure that safe, cost‑effective, quality patient care is provided. Including but not limited to daily operations and throughput, payroll, scheduling, policy updates, annual and new training.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse license in the state of Missouri.
- BLS and ACLS required.
- Minimum 2 years previous Med/Surg experience required.
Additional certifications may be required for this position and will be coordinated by Lake Regional as a part of your ongoing training and development. Please contact your recruitment team for more details.
