About the Role:As an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with Aspire Senior Living New Florence, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents, including:
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and performing treatments
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and communication
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and committees
- Foster a positive and respectful work environment
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Missouri
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Preferred experience in a skilled nursing, senior living or related setting
- Ability to work variable shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
