Elara Caring is seeking a registered nurse to manage home health caseloads, perform comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments, and coordinate care plans for patients and families.
The ideal candidate will have an unrestricted RN license, 1+ year of clinical nursing experience, and be willing to travel up to 50% of the time within the branch area. Experience with Home Care Home Base is preferred, and lifting up to 50 pounds is required.
