TURN is seeking a Lead Registered Nurse to oversee LVN caseloads, balance schedules, and support training for nursing staff. The role collaborates with the Program Manager and leads on RN/LVN services including dispensing medications and recording vital signs.
Responsibilities include maintaining schedules, coordinating orders, documenting in the EHR, and ensuring HIPAA compliance. The Lead RN will also work with the Psychiatry team on care plans and respond to emergencies as needed.
