1:1 patient ratio – one nurse, one patient, every shift.

Multiple pediatric cases currently open in the area, so we can often match you to a schedule that fits your life – days, nights, or weekends.

Cases vary in acuity; many involve trach, ventilator, or G-tube care, so experience with complex pediatric needs is a plus.

Pay discussed at interview and based on experience.

• A hospital nurse craving meaningful, one‑on‑one care instead of a six‑patient assignment
• A student nurse looking for flexible, hands‑on experience
• Semi‑retired and wanting rewarding, part‑time work on your terms

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to a pediatric or young adult patient in their home
• Manage complex care needs, which may include trach/vent management, G‑tube feeding, and related monitoring
• Build a real relationship with one family who will come to know and rely on you

• 24/7 on‑call support, so you're never navigating a tough case alone
• Orientation and hands‑on training to set you up for success from day one
• Team events that celebrate and recognize the work you do

• Active RN or LPN license
• Pediatric experience is a plus (training provided!)
• Eligible to work in the United States
