Overnight Pediatric Private Duty Nurse (PDN) - RN/LPN - 1:1 Ratio

We're hiring RNs and LPNs for 1:1 overnight pediatric private duty case in Verona, Missouri. You'll work one-on-one with a child or young adult in their home, providing the kind of focused, skilled care that's nearly impossible to deliver in a facility setting.

• 1:1 patient ratio — one nurse, one patient, every shift
• Multiple overnight pediatric cases currently open in the Verona area, so we can often match you to a schedule that fits your life — days, nights, or weekends
• Cases vary in acuity; many involve trach, ventilator, or G-tube care, so experience with complex pediatric needs is a plus
• Pay discussed at interview and based on experience

• A hospital nurse craving meaningful, one-on-one care instead of a six-patient assignment
• A student nurse looking for flexible, hands-on experience
• Semi-retired and wanting rewarding, part-time work on your terms

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to a pediatric or young adult patient in their home
• Manage complex care needs, which may include trach/vent management, G-tube feeding, and related monitoring
• Build a real relationship with one family who will come to know and rely on you

• 24/7 on-call support, so you're never navigating a tough case alone
• Orientation and hands-on training to set you up for success from day one
