Residential Treatment | Mill Spring, NC- $50.00 an Hour

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join a multidisciplinary team at a residential addiction treatment facility in Mill Spring, North Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who values patient-centered care and is passionate about supporting individuals on their recovery journey.

Available Full-time Schedules Evening Shift- (3 AM-11 PM) Weeknights
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday (7 PM-7 AM) Weekend Days
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday (7 AM-7 PM)

• Deliver high-quality nursing care within a structured residential treatment environment
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to provide coordinated, holistic care
• Implement and uphold nursing policies, procedures, and best practices
• Ensure safe medication administration, monitoring, and accurate documentation
• Respond to patient needs with professionalism, empathy, and sound clinical judgment

• Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Active North Carolina RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in behavioral health and/or substance use disorder treatment
