Job SummaryAspire Senior Living Warsaw is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Aspire Senior Living Warsaw, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with daily living activities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Monitor and report changes in resident status to the Charge Nurse and/or Director of Nursing
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, families, and staff
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to facility policies and procedures
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Aspire Senior Living Warsaw, you will have access to ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest medical practices and technologies.
