Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Aspire Senior Living Jonesburg, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting medical records

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions

• Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Missouri

• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
