one (1) year of registered nurse (rn) experience.
bsn or master’s degree in nursing, nursing administration, nursing education or public health may substitute for the one (1) year experience.

conducts comprehensive initial nursing assessments; determines program eligibility, needed services and payer source. Develops an individualized plan of care in consultation with the client’s physician and other appropriate agency personnel. Completes review of medications; assesses pain management and need for health care equipment/technology. Provides intermittent skilled nursing services, as ordered by the physician. Obtains specimens, as ordered, and submits to state lab utilizing appropriate laboratory services guidelines.
