What You'll Do:One-on-one nursing care for pediatric and young adult patients hospital politics, no patient ratios - just you, your patient, and their family.

What We’re Looking For:- Active LPN or RN license in the practicing state
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Experience administering medications and following individualized care plans is a plus
- Comfortable exercising independent clinical judgment in a one-on-one home care setting is a plus
- Strong communication and observation skills, including clearly recognizing and communicating patient status changes, are a plus
- Comfortable working directly with family caregivers in the home, including communicating updates, building trust with parents, and coordinating day-to-day care in a one-on-one setting, is a plus
