MLK Community Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Staff Nurse for the Emergency Room on a full-time night shift. The RN will manage patient care using the Watson Model, coordinate with the care team, and participate in discharge planning to ensure quality outcomes.
The role requires at least 1 year of ED nursing experience, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications where possible, and excellent patient/family communication. Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred.
