As a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse, you'll provide compassionate nursing care while serving as an essential member of our multidisciplinary treatment team.
Primary Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to adolescents in a residential behavioral health setting
- Monitor resident progress and communicate changes in condition to the treatment team
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, therapists, case managers, and nursing staff to coordinate care
- Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings
- Promote a safe, therapeutic, trauma-informed treatment environment
- Build trusting relationships with residents and their families
- Mentor and support fellow nursing team members while contributing to a positive team culture
- Advocate for resident safety, dignity, and quality care

- 12-Hour Day Shifts
- 12-Hour Night Shifts
- Active Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current CPR certification
Strong communication and interpersonal works - Commitment to providing exceptional, patient-centered care
- Behavioral health or psychiatric nursing experience
- Pediatric or adolescent nursing experience
- Residential treatment or inpatient psychiatric experience
