Role
Intake Behavioral Health Coordinator – RN
Responsibilities- Conduct behavioral health intake assessments
- Coordinate patient placement and care plans
- Document evaluations
- Support crisis interventions
- Active RN license with preferred experience in behavioral health or acute care
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Evaluate illness severity for admissions
- Review physician orders
- Coordinate staff education on intake processes
- Perform complex clinical reviews for inpatient and outpatient requests Additional Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Physical ability for lifting and movement
- Valid BLS and RN licenses for respective states
This full-time, night-shift role requires in-person work.
