Role
Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by team members.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinates patient care across departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties aligned with organizational standards and values.
QualificationsGraduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN), current RN licensure, and Basic Life Support certification. Additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, CPHON, OCN) may be required based on unit-specific needs.
Skills &Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting.
