Schedule

• 7a or 7p | 12-Hour Shifts
• Per Diem flexibility

What You’ll Do

• Provide continuous, hands-on care for critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit, closely monitoring vital signs and clinical status
• Assess, identify, and respond rapidly to changes in patient condition, initiating life-saving interventions as needed
• Administer medications, titratable drips, blood products, and advanced therapies per provider orders
• Operate and manage critical care equipment, including ventilators, infusion pumps, and invasive monitoring devices
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams to develop and execute individualized care plans
• Educate and support patients’ families during critical and often emotional situations
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely in the medical record.

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 2year of recent ICU or critical care experience required
• BLS and ACLS required
• Strong critical-thinking and clinical decision-making skills
• Experience managing ventilators, vasoactive drips, and high-acuity patient populations
• Ability to remain calm, focused, and effective in fast-paced, high-stress situations
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
