12hrs. +Rotating Weekends. Full-Time Day
Starting $17hr & Up
Increased Nursing Shift Differential - Up to $4hr!
Aspire Senior Living Platte City is a premier long-term care facility dedicated to providing compassionate and quality care to our residents. We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team and support our mission to deliver the best possible care to those in need.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)Job Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility
- Take and record vital signs, report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
- Provide comfort and emotional support to residents, ensuring their well-being and respect for dignity
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment; adhere to infection control policies
- Accurately record and report care activities in compliance with facility standards
Job Qualifications:
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a valid license in Missouri
- Previous experience in a long-term care facility or similar environment is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work well in a team
- Ability to lift/move residents as needed, stand/walk for extended periods
