Pediatric Private Duty Nurse (PDN) - RN/LPN - 1:1 Ratio Looking for a nursing job where you're supported, valued, and appreciated - not just told you are? - 1:1 patient ratio - one nurse, one patient, every shift
- Multiple pediatric cases currently open in the area, so we can often match you to a schedule that fits your life - days, nights, or weekends
- Cases vary in acuity; many involve trach, ventilator, or G-tube care, so experience with complex pediatric needs is a plus
- Pay discussed at interview and based on experience
- A hospital nurse craving meaningful, one-on-one care instead of a six-patient assignment

Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to a pediatric or young adult patient in their home Manage complex care needs, which may include trach/vent management, G-tube feeding, and related monitoring Build a real relationship with one family who will come to know and rely on you

Requirements- Current and active LPN or RN license
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Pediatric experience, home health experience, or experience working with medically complex children preferred, but not required - we provide hands-on training
- Experience with EMR charting is a plus.
