Pediatric Private Duty Nurse (PDN) – RN/LPN – 1:1 Ratio
Looking for a nursing job where you're supported, valued, and appreciated — not just told you are? At Phoenix Home Care & Hospice, our promises aren't just spoken, they're signed.
We're hiring RNs and LPNs for 1:1 pediatric private duty cases in Missouri. You'll work one-on-one with a child or young adult in their home, providing the kind of focused, skilled care that's nearly impossible to deliver in a facility setting.
The Details1:1 patient ratio — one nurse, one patient, every shift
Multiple pediatric cases currently open in the area, so we can often match you to a schedule that fits your life — days, nights, or weekends
Cases vary in acuity; many involve trach, ventilator, or G-tube care, so experience with complex pediatric needs is a plus
Pay discussed at interview and based on experience
