Stone Bridge in Maryland Heights is seeking a Full-Time Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) for the DAY shift (7A–7P) at our 20-bed psychiatric hospital in Maryland Heights, MO. A $4000 sign-on bonus is available. we serve geriatric patients with mental health needs and provide a supportive, therapeutic environment.
You will assess patient needs, implement care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families, ensuring a safe and compliant setting for all.
