Location: Chesterfield
Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to support patients and families in our caring at-home program in Missouri. You will assess needs, coordinate care, educate families, and partner with the care team to ensure comfort and dignity.
The role requires an active RN license in Missouri, at least two years’ nursing experience (hospice preferred), CPR/BCLS, and a valid driver’s license. Compassus offers a comprehensive benefits package and a culture of belonging.
