Job SummaryWe are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be respon8sible for assisting residents with daily living activities, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and promoting a positive and respectful culture. Responsibilities- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services
- Assist with vital sign checks and reporting any changes to the healthcare team
- Support residents with mobility and ambulation, as needed
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and services
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Missouri
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and respectful demeanor towards residents and colleagues
