We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at our community, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, enhancing their lives and helping them thrive.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as toileting, incontinence care, and mobility assistance
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents, including assisting with laundry and housekeeping
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
• Participating in resident care conferences and maintaining accurate documentation
