Registered Nurse; RN; Trauma

Position:

Registered Nurse (RN) Trauma in a Level I Trauma Center, caring for patients with complex injuries such as motor vehicle accidents, gunshot wounds, traumatic amputations, and brain or spinal injuries.

Provide direct patient care, assess and develop individualized care plans, educate patients and families, promote safety, and ensure regulatory compliance. Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Nursing diploma or associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred. Valid RN license needed; no prior experience required, but less than two years of experience is advantageous.

Critical thinking, excellent communication, teamwork, and ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment. Passion for trauma and acute care nursing is essential.
