. Under compassionate leadership and a team-first culture, we’re looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are ready to make a real difference.

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program
• Active LPN license in the state of Missouri (required)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (required)
• 2+ years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred, but not required
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills

• Deliver quality nursing care in a safe, clean environment
• Assess and monitor residents’ health, administer medications and treatments
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Accurately document care, medication administration, and changes in condition
• Supervise and support assigned staff, ensuring compliance with safety protocols
• Follow procedures related to nursing equipment and supplies
• Perform additional duties as assigned by nursing leadership
