Role: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Adheres to organizational standards and values.

• Responsibilities include delivering direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and collaborating with healthcare team members.
• Qualifications required:
  Nursing degree (Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN), current RN license, and Basic Life Support certification. Additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, TNCC) may be required based on unit.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing, walking, and performing various physical movements.
