• Provide compassionate, one-on-one nursing care in the comfort of your patients' homes
• Administer and manage medications
• Monitor and document patient conditions
• Perform treatments as ordered by the physician
• Educate, encourage, and support family members
• Work alongside the Phoenix clinical team to provide exceptional care

• Active RN or LPN license
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• A compassionate heart, dependable character, and self-motivated spirit
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
