Charge Nurse; RN; Trauma

The role involves providing clinical and operational leadership in a trauma unit, working under the Nurse Manager to coordinate daily operations, support staff, and deliver direct patient care as needed.

• leading the development and implementation of complex care plans in collaboration with the interprofessional team and patients’ families,
• assessing and proactively addressing patient condition changes,
• facilitating evidence-based practice improvements,
• evaluating patient and family satisfaction,

and

• ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

• current RN licensure,
• 2+ years of nursing experience,
• strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.

• bachelor's degree in nursing

and >5 years of experience.
