About
The Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as toileting, incontinence care, and mobility assistance
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents, including assisting with laundry and housekeeping
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Participating in resident care conferences and maintaining accurate documentation
