Minimum Qualifications:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United States
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, healthcare regulations, and patient care standards.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare management software.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery.
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols in compliance with regulatory standards.
